 Steloy produces trays, grates, beams and other furnace internals for heat treatment applications. Since the application and operation of these large tube sheets is crucial for extended plant operations Steloy utilizes is vast experience combined with computer solidification modeling to cast these tray and support structures successfully.
 Steloy builds the patterns on site and has been producing since 1984. Numerous alloys can be utilized including WCB, WC6,WC9, HF, HK40, HP, and 50/50 grade alloys.
All these castings are subjected to the quality requirements indicated by the applicable Static Cast Specifications but also to specific quality assurance requirements prescribed by the client.
