To produce a wide range of castings in most material types and to the highest standards, our foundries are equipped with the most modern foundry equipment, taking advantage of the world's latest technologies and combining this with the needs of the market place. Equipment includes medium frequency induction furnaces, emission spectrometers, sand mixers, gas fired heat treatment furnaces coupled to aerated quench facilities as well as fully equipped pattern shops, shot blast machines and associated equipment. On the centrifugal casting side, equipment also includes horizontal spinning, pull boring and specialist machining, welding and fabrication facilities.
