 Radiant Tube Assemblies (RTA's) are utilized for gas fired furnace applications where maintaining a specific atmosphere is required. Typical configurations include the "W" RTA, show here, Trident, "U" tube or single tube. Units can be supplied complete with bung plates, expansion joints and insulation ready for installation into the furnace. Each RTA is built and tested to industry standards including Liquid pentrant inspection of the welds, pneumatic pressure testing of the expansion joint welds and tube welds.
Specific alloys have been developed to retard the effect of carburization of the alloyed tube walls. The use of centrifugal cast tubes, fittings, and supports are used in the fabrication of these coils.
