Utilizing the no-bake sand cast method, Steloy casts pressure parts for high temperature applications. Typical configurations include 180 degree bends (return bends) 90 Elbows wyes, manifolds and tetra fittings. Each fitting can also be designed with lug attachments and thermowell ports. Custom designs to meet specific needs are also available and can be produced to engineered prints and specifications. Fittings are supplied fully machined and ready for fabrication. Prior to shipment, each casting undergoes rigorous quality assurance testing including chemical certification, liquid penetrant, pressure test and radiography.
