 Tube segments are produced at Steloy by the horizontal centrifugal casting process. With our numerous casting machines, we are able to meet the casting demands of both large and small projects.
Current capacity includes tube castings sizes from 51mm – 830mm (2"-32") outer diameter and inner diameters as small as 32mm(1-1/4"). Typical tube castings have a finished wall from 6mm to 12mm(1/4"-1/2") with individual cast lengths of up to 5,000mm(197").
Tubes are produced to the general requirements of ASTM A608. Alloy grades extend from ASTM A608, API 560, DIN EN10295 and proprietary grade alloys.
Tubes can be supplied as individual tube segments in the as cast condition, bored inner diameter, beveled, welded into tube assemblies or any combination thereof to meet your specific requirements. All tubes are produced to our high quality policies and procedures outlined in our ISO 9001 quality systems.
