Steloy welds its cast components into complete pyrolysis coils, catalyst tubes, harps or manifolds for full furnace tube replacement or tube assemblies and hairpins for maintenance repairs. Using GTAW (TIG) welding assemblies are built to API and ASME international welding standards. Welding can be performed in a fully automatic , semi automatic and manual method depending upon the configuration. Typical inspection on each weld includes radiography, liquid penetrant examination as well as hydro testing of the completed assembly, hairpin or coil.
