 Steloy produces tube sheets for convection sections, fired heaters and other high temperature applications. Tube sheets can be cast up to 5 meters in length. Since the application and operation of these large tube sheets is crucial for extended plant operations Steloy utilizes is vast experience combined with computer solidification modeling to cast successful sheets.
 Steloy builds the patterns on site and has been producing these large tube sheets since 1984. Numerous alloys can be utilized including WCB, WC6,WC9, HF, HK40, HP, and 50/50 grade alloys.
All these static cast sheets are subjected to the quality requirements indicated by the applicable Static Cast Specifications but also to specific quality assurance requirements prescribed by the client, including:
- Radiographic examination (critical areas)
- Liquid penetrant examination
- Surface finish (ASTM A802)
